This hand-finished, stainless steel cookware has unique features like a heat-conductive aluminum bottom pad bonded to the outside of the pot, welded rod handles, and a flared no-drip lip with a snug, no sputter lid, making it ideal for your home or in a restaurant.
The aluminum bottom is an excellent heat conductor which works with the stainless steel to spread heat quickly and evenly. There is no need to be concerned about aluminum touching your food, the pad is bonded to the outside of the pot.
The welded rod handles will not fail you. Unlike wooden pot handles, the handles on Paderno cookware are welded right to the pot, they will stay on, forever.
Paderno cookware is equipped with a flared lip which prevents drips when you pour a liquid out of the pot. The lids for the Paderno cookware fit each pot just right, so steam won't sputter all over your stove. These features are ideal in any kitchen, especially when it is time to clean up.
